Clinton’s “Declariacones” links to a broken page, another in a series of glitches that have plagued Clinton’s Spanish-language messaging.
Clinton is focusing on the “homophobia” and “gun control” aspects of the post-tragedy political discussion, while appearing to downplay the shooter’s sympathies to ISIS.

Clinton called the shooting an act of “terror,” but noted that it was also an act of “hate.”
