Donald Trump: ‘Bernie Sanders Cannot Stand Hillary Clinton’

Trump Shakes Hands AP

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump says Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) hates presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

“I know what he thinks inside,” Trump speculated of Sanders. “He hates her. He cannot stand her,” Trump added at his campaign rally in Bangor, Maine.

“Bernie Sanders cannot stand Hillary Clinton,” Trump repeated.

Sanders recently stated that although he will vote for the Democratic nominee, he isn’t endorsing Clinton.

Republican Gov. Paul LePage introduced Trump at the rally and Howie Carr was also in attendance.

Trump took a jab at the Chamber of Commerce during his stump speech, which criticized Trump’s speech on trade policy that the billionaire delivered on Tuesday.

“They’re upset with my statements on trade,” Trump referenced. “I’m all for free trade. The problem with free trade is, you need smart people making deals.”

Trump’s next campaign rally is on Friday in Denver, Colorado.
