Trump Campaign Mocks Democrats’ Email Scandal

Donald Trump’s senior communications adviser Jason Miller took a swipe at Hillary Clinton over her campaign being linked to the Democratic National Committee’s email hack through a shared data program, which was breached.

“This seems to be a problem wherever Hillary Clinton goes,” Miller mocked to Politico, also referencing Clinton’s FBI investigation over her use of a private, unsecured email server during her time as secretary of state. “Hopefully this time there wasn’t classified or top secret information that puts American lives at risk.”

The Clinton campaign insists its computers are secure, according to Politico.

“Our campaign computer system has been under review by outside cyber security experts,” Clinton’s spokesperson Nick Merrill stated. “To date, they have found no evidence that our internal systems have been compromised.”
