“Obviously, this is a huge win and a perfect example of the kind of leadership the Trump administration is going to provide when it comes to fighting for the American workers,” Republican National Committee Communications Director and Chief Strategist Sean Spicer told reporters on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, Trump is expected to hold four meetings at Trump Tower.
He will meet with the founder of WWE wrestling Linda McMahon, former Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue, Sen. Dan Coats (R-IN), and Gen. John F. Kelly.
The Vice President-elect will be in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday where he will meet with Rep. Jeb Hensarling, and later, with Condoleezza Rice and Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad.
Pence is also scheduled to have a meeting with Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, Senate Marjory Leader Mitch McConnell and Reince Priebus on Wednesday.
