Taxpayer-Supported Planned Parenthood Hands Out GPS Condoms

Steven Ertelt of LifeSiteNews.com reports today that Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest is handing out 55,000 condoms to college students – but these are special, super-duper condoms, complete with QR codes. What are QR codes? They’re those weird bar-code like labels on products. If you scan them, people can tell where you are. So now, as Planned Parenthood brags on its website WhereDidYouWearIt.com, “Did you just use a condom to protect yourself against unintended pregnancy, HIV and other sexually transmitted infections? You go, tiger! Sex that (is) safe, should be shared.”

Where did you wear it?

Well, no. Sex is supposed to be a private matter between consenting adults, not a public act for the rest of the world to see. Is there a right to privacy? If there is, this sort of behavior doesn’t fall under it. Why should you be funding a website explaining where your friends’ kids are screwing around? You shouldn’t.

The notion that Planned Parenthood is at all interested in “safe and responsible sex” is belied by this sort of nonsense.

It’s creepy and bizarre to chart sex locations. It’s sort of serial killer-esque, actually. There’s nothing safe or responsible about letting the world know where and when you’re having sex with condoms handed to you by a government-funded organization. It’s just perverse and ridiculous. Condoms cost approximately $0.50. If you can’t afford one, don’t have sex. Don’t rely on the rest of us to buy them for you, then cheer you when you scan in the bar code before getting jiggy with it.
