On Twitter, Donald Trump tweeted on Tuesday that he was working on his “big surprise” for the Republican National Convention, and that “Everyone will love it.”
Although Trump will not have a prime time speaking role at the convention, he still appeals to many of the white working class voters Romney needs to go to the polls to beat Obama.
Ed Klein reported that Romney advisers have been thinking about how to “unleash” Trump throughout the Midwest to help turn out the white working class vote.
Trump, a master of the media game, knows how to tease and build anticipation for his exploits, and he did that on Tuesday through Twitter.
