According to the newest Wall Street Journal/NBC poll, Republican Senator Dean Heller has pulled into a substantial lead against challenger Rep. Shelley Berkeley (D-NV).

Berkeley has been dogged by accusations regarding her lobbying for health care money that ended up benefitting her husband, a prominent Nevada nephrologist. Breitbart News has been one of Berkeley’s staunchest critics. In July, the House Ethics Committee announced that it would investigate those charges. The newest poll has Heller up 49%-43% among likely voters.
