Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin’s family is working on a book about fitness and self-discipline designed to help Americans stay healthy while enjoying the pleasures of homemade comfort foods.
In an email to People magazine, Palin said the book will "unique and motivating" and will focus on "where we get our energy and balance as we still eat our beloved homemade comfort foods!"
"We promise you what we do works and allows a fulfilling quality of life and sustenance anyone can enjoy," Palin said.
Palin, an avid runner and fitness enthusiast who has called out First Lady Michelle Obama's emphasis on mandating, has treated her house guests to many types of "comfort foods."
The book's publication date is unknown.
