President Barack Obama will lay out his gun control agenda sometime around noon tomorrow. Reports are that up to nineteen executive orders regarding new firearm restrictions will be unveiled, as well as legislative proposals for new gun controls. I will have a legal analysis and commentary on the Second Amendment issues raised as soon as possible after the president concludes his remarks.
