While visiting a park with her daughter and nephew one late afternoon, a young mother got a visit from President Barack Obama--or at least a man claiming to be the President. 

Local Florida Television Station WFTS-TV reported that, while 28-year old Sharaya Smith was walking with the two toddlers through Lake Lisa Park, Bienvenido Cintron jumped out from behind a bush and began claiming he was the President on a mission to, "rid the world of drug dealers, prostitutes and trash."

A medical professional, Smith immediately noticed something was "definitely off" and attempted to get away. The self proclaimed Commander-in-Chief then began declaring her 4-year-old daughter was a hooker while trying to snatch the kids from her. Cintron even grabbed onto Smith's hair to keep her from getting away.

While attempting to escape into her car, Smith got the attention of some nearby teenagers who helped get the kids away from Cintron.

“Before I could lock it, he opened up the car and reached in,” Smith added. “So I slammed the door and it kind of caught him and when he jerked his hand back I just screamed ‘go, go, go!’” 

The teens hit Cintron multiple times once they caught up with him, and gave him two black eyes in the process.  Officers with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office soon arrived and arrested Cintron. He was charged with kidnapping and burglary and is currently being held on a $150,000 bond.
