Report: Authorities ID Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect

John King of CNN says the “mood change is palpable” now that authorities have identified a suspect – the only descriptor used in reporting thus far is “dark-skinned” — using video provided from Lord & Taylor department store in Boston. CNN has further reported that authorities have the crucial images of a suspect carrying and dropping a black bag at the second bombing scene. Mayor Thomas Menino of Boston told King that the investigation had made significant progress.
