Secret Service Director: 'Mistakes Were Made'

Secret Service Director Julia Pierson admitted that “mistakes were made” by agents for allowing a fence jumper to enter the White House before apprehending him.

Pierson said that the review would help the agency identify the facts, learn from the facts, and make changes to the agency’s response.
