To no one’s surprise, just days after her high-profile split with Deadline.com, the Hollywood news site she founded and grew into an industry powerhouse, Nikki Finke is already preparing to launch a new site, NikkiFinke.com. The sub-headline reads, “Come for the cynicism. Stay for the subversion. Don’t steal Nikki’s scoops.”
To punctuate Finke’s no-holds barred style, the site features dripping blood.
Friday evening, Finke staged a mini-launch via her twitter account. Though she is justifiably famous for her scoops, independence, and willingness to lose friends in pursuit of said scoops, Finke’s weekly box office reports have always been her bread and butter.
