A bomb exploded outside the Palace of Justice in central Damascus on Thursday, state television reported, without giving any immediate word on any casualties.

It described the attack as a "terrorist bombing" and said that it struck in the parking area of the Palace of Justice in the Marja district of the Syrian capital.
