Move America Forward Sending Care Packages to Troops for the Holidays

Move America Forward is sending care packages to U.S. troops in Afghanistan over the holidays. To that end, they are asking Americans to contribute for a care package to a soldier who won’t be home for the holidays.

The care packages range in size from a “Small Pack” ($24.99) to a “Squad Pack” ($99.99) up to a “Battalion Pack” ($999.99), with additional sizes in between.

This variation allows a citizen at home to “sponsor a single soldier [overseas] or a whole battalion.” The packages “come with all the comforts that remind the troops of home during the holidays,” including “holiday peppermint Oreos,” “Pumpkin spice coffee,” and hot chocolate.

Troops also receive Gatorade, lip balm, and beef jerky, among other things. A note from the person who purchased the care package is also included,  conveying a message of support for our troops.

Time is short, so go to Move America Forward’s Care Package link to support our troops now.

God bless our troops.
