A decomposing body was found in a parked car at a Los Angeles shopping mall after “several days,” according to the Los Angeles Police Department and the local CBS News affiliate.
A local resident, noting the smell, called police, and they arrived on Saturday afternoon.
The shopping mall, on the 3300 block of West Century Boulevard, is located near the intersection with Crenshaw Boulevard and a variety of popular retailers.
