NHL players will begin voting on Thursday on the new labor deal that owners unanimously ratified on Wednesday.

According to the NHL players' association, "voting will begin Thursday at 8 p.m. EST and last until Saturday at 8 a.m." 

If the majority of the players vote for the deal, "training camps will open Sunday, and a 48-game regular season will begin Jan. 19."
