Although different in physique and style, there are few who understand the plight of Tim Tebow better than Doug Flutie. Both former Heisman winners are unconventional quarterbacks, constantly doubted, yet pure “winners.”

Flutie provided insight into what New England wants to do with Tebow and said the organization is focused on coaching up the quarterback. He also added that while Tebow could line up and catch passes for the Patriots, it is far too late for him to learn the tight end position at this stage in his career.
