Incognito: 'Trying to Weather the Storm'

Embattled Miami Dolphins center Richie Incognito briefly made his first public comments since he was indefinitely suspended by the Miami Dolphins for reportedly sending racist and threatening voicemails and repeatedly harassing offensive lineman Jonathan Martin. 

Speaking to a reporter from Channel 7 in Miami on Tuesday, Incognito said he was “just trying to weather the storm right now.”

“This will pass,” he said.

When pressed to comment on the situation, he said, “You know, no comment right now. We’re just gonna kinda weather the storm, and that’s it.”
