Report: Tony Romo Done for Season

Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is reportedly done for the year because of a season-ending back injury he sustained during the team’s comeback win over the Washington Redskins on Sunday.

ESPN reported:

The Cowboys will host the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night for the NFC East championship in a “win or go home” game for a ticket to the postseason. Kyle Orton, who has played for the Denver Broncos and Chicago Bears and played in college at Purdue, will likely start in Romo’s place on Sunday against Philadelphia quarterback Nick Foles and Chip Kelly’s Eagles. 

UPDATE: Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett will not confirm whether Romo is done for the year, reportedly saying the team has not made that decision at all:
