TMZ Sports reports that Gloria Allred, quick to seize a high-publicity lawsuit, is representing Maiko Mayya king, a one-time employee of former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, in a suit alleging that Sterling fired her after she was insulted by his constant stream of racial invective.
King asserts that she was involved with Sterling from 2005-2011, and that during that time Sterling referenced King’s former husband, who is black, with remarks such as “How could you be married to a black man?” King alleges that Sterling said of King’s children with her husband, “Why would you bring black people into the world?”
She accuses Sterling of saying, “I want to take you out of the black world and put you into the white world,” but after an argument, would say, “Move back to the ghetto with a black man.” King alleges that Sterling would voice other racist comments such as “Mexicans just do drive-by shootings,” and “Black people do not take care of their children. All they do is sit at home and smoke dope.”
King states that she started working for Sterling as his personal assistant and caretaker two years after their relationship ended, which would also be during the period that Sterling was involved with V. Stiviano. King says Sterling was bored with the sex he was getting from V. Stiviano and offered to give King bonuses if she would service him sexually, insisting she relate stories of her past sexual escapades in order to help him get aroused.
