North Korea: Rocket Fueling Under Way

North Korea said Wednesday that the fuelling of a long-range rocket is under way, ahead of the launch scheduled for later this week despite international protests. The rocket is ostensibly designed to put an observation satellite in orbit, but the US and allies say it is a ballistic missile test by the nuclear-armed state in violation of a UN ban.
