Clinton Labor Secretary: Rich Should Be Taxed 'Much, Much Higher' Than Buffett Rule

On MSNBC Clinton Secretary of Labor Robert Reich said the “Buffett rule” of an estimated thirty percent tax rate for the wealthy was not nearly enough. He said 50 to 70 percent would be better.
