Law & Order actor Richard Belzer appeared on New York City’s local Fox morning show and made a joke about rape and then gave a Nazi salute to the Fox News Channel. A spokesperson for Belzer later told TMZ that the Nazi reference was a “satirical gesture toward Fox News.
