DiGenova: Same Libs Calling For Gun Control Were Closing Mental Institutions In 70's

Fox News legal analyst Joe DiGenova joined Brian Wilson and Larry O’Connor on Washington DC’s WMAL to discuss the calls for strict limitations on the right to bear arms. DiGenova pointed out that progressive activist groups in the 1960’s and 70’s moved to make it much more difficult for individuals with mental health problems to be institutionalized. DiGenova maintains that this is a major contributing factor to the latest spate of mass murder. The irony, according to DiGenova, is the same progressives are now calling for strict gun control restrictions.
