Secretary Clinton Could Testify In Jan

State Department Spokeswoman Secretary Victoria Nuland said that the Secretary sent a letter to Congress expressing that she was disappointed that her health prevents her from testifying this week on Capitol Hill about the security failures in the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
