State Rep Makes Case For Conceal Carry In Schools

Oregon State Representative Dennis Richardson is encouraging his local school districts to take action to prevent shootings in their schools. Richardson says that a passive approach "only" gives the killers "power" and leaves others defenseless until police can arrive, most of the time several minutes later.
