Sen. Schumer Challenged On His Tax Rate Hypocrisy

Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on ABC's "This Week" was challenged with a previous statement he made claiming that raising taxes on households that make $250k-$300k a year would affect too many small businesses.
