J.J. Abrams Gives Dying Star Trek Fan Early Screening Of Upcoming Movie
A man dying of a terminal disease made a plea on social media to see the upcoming Star Trek movie before he passed away. Abrams granted the man's request by giving him a private screening of a "rough cut" of the upcoming film that will be released in May. The man's wife told reporters that her husband had been a life-long fan of the franchise and that screening the new film was the last thing he did before he passed away.
