Prime Minister Of Qatar: Syria Used Chemical Weapons to Test West's Reaction

His Excellency Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, Prime Minister of Qatar:

“We need to act together seriously to stop this. You know, we’ve put a lot of red lines … chemicals, he used chemicals, and there is evidence. But he used it in small buckets. He wanted to try your reaction. Your reaction — you will escalate. He will start using only the bullets, then tanks, then airplanes, then rockets, then chemicals. So it’s testing, what is the level where it will stop? You say, ‘Don’t send the weapon or help the other,’ while there are countries helping him!”
