Obama: America Does Not Take Drone Strikes If Capture An Option

President Obama addressed the nation on Thursday defending his use of drone strikes abroad on foreign born terrorists and American citizens identified as terrorists. “The use of drones is heavily constrained,” Obama said. “Our preference is always to detain, interrogate and prosecute.”
