WCYB: BRISTOL, VA – Some Republican lawmakers are asking tough questions which it comes to supporting the coal industry in Virginia. Senator, Bill Carrico and Delegates, Terry Kilgore and Israel O’Quinn are criticizing Democrat, Terry McAuliffe’s stance on coal. They claim the democrat went on record four years ago, saying that he never wanted another coal plant to be built.
News Five contacted McAuliffe’s headquarters for a response. The answer we received had nothing to do with the questions we asked. Ken Cuccinelli is the Republican candidate for governor.
