Chris Christie is holding a press conference about the release of emails disclosing his staffers punitive shutdown of a bridge to great inconvenience of New Jersey residents. A slimmer Christie, proclaimed “I am not a bully.”
The New Jersey governor explained “I am not in the business of satisfying everybody.”
Christie explained that he did not know anything about the scheme to punish political opponents with a massive traffic jam, and that he had learned about it for the first time yesterday. He has fired two senior staffers involved in the action.
