Halperin: Wednesday Was 'the Best Day in the History of the Affordable Care Act'

On Thursday’s “Morning Joe” on MSNBC, Time magazine’s Mark Halperin declared Wednesday ObamaCare’s best day due to a Health and Human Services Department report showing enrollment at nearly 3.3 million, including 1.1 million in January.
