White House press secretary Jay Carney appeared to be amused when ABC News Chief White House correspondent Jonathan Karl asked about Russian state television anchor Dmitry Kiselyov saying, “Russia is the only country in the world realistically capable of turning the United States into radioactive ash.”
Carney responded by dismissing the state sponsored propaganda by saying “people say crazy things on television all the time” and breaking into laughter…
