Boehner: House Won't Arrest IRS's Lerner

On Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” host Maria Bartiromo interviewed House Speaker John Boehner about the prospects of former IRS official Lois Lerner, who was allegedly deeply involved in that agency’s targeting of conservative groups, being jailed as part of her contempt of Congress citation. Boehner downplayed that possibility.
