Greenwald: 'Virtually No Difference' Between Hillary, Jeb on Surveillance, Foreign Policy

Journalist and columnist Glenn Greenwald stated that the difference between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-FL) on domestic surveillance was “trivial to nonexistent” on Friday’s broadcast of Laura Ingraham’s radio show. Greenwald added that Bush and Clinton’s records show there is “virtually no difference” on surveillance, foreign policy, and government transparency between the two potential candidates.

Greenwald further decried a potential Jeb-Hillary race as an example of the “dynastic succession” the American Revolution was fought to escape from. He also argued that regardless of which candidate wins an election, the same interests on issues such as surveillance are preserved and defended.
