Kerry Admits ISIS Now a Threat to World Because of Syria Missteps

Friday in London at an international summit on ending sexual violence in conflict, Secretary of State John Kerry addressed the unfolding crisis in Iraq by admitting it was a direct consequence of the Syria civil war left unchecked. Kerry seemingly unaware of the criticism leveled at the Obama administration for their lack of intervention and said the entire region has been destabilized by Syrian militants with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) which he pointed out were too extreme al-Qaeda.
