A panel on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” criticized Hillary Clinton’s book tour to promote her new memoir “Hard Choices.” Advertising executive Donny Deutsch concluded “it was a disaster.”
Former congressman and host Joe Scarborough wondered, “How do you have a book that you know is coming out and you have it all planned and you’re not in the middle of a presidential campaign and you just said it was a, quote, ‘disaster’ and you love Hillary. She is even getting in fights with liberal NPR hosts. Like, really uncomfortable fights. What happened?”
Time’s Mark Halperin stated that Hillary’s opponents have been “really emboldened” by Clinton’s recent stumbles.
