Nurse Union: We Are Begging Obama to Issue Uniform Ebola Standards

Sunday on CBS’s “Face The Nation,” Jean Ross, co-president of National Nurses United begged President Barack Obama to set a uniform national standard to help health care workers deal with Ebola.

Ross said nurses have been “begging for since the get go” to be listened to and now they have sent a, “letter to President Obama asking that he set a uniform national standard that all hospitals must comply with in this system we have in this country. We have a petition online at NationalNursesUnited.org that we wish everybody would sign electronically to let him know that the public is solidly behind us in this.”
