House Homeland Security Chair: Police Have 'Person Of Interest In Custody'

The chair of the House Homeland Security Committee Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX) told CNN Monday night that Massachusetts law enforcement has a "person of interest" in custody in the investigation of Monday's bombing at the Boston Marathon finish line.

“A person of interest is in custody and is being asked questions. That doesn’t mean necessarily that this is the person who did it.”
