Apparently, Tommy Christopher has a very specific mission at Mediaite. Legitimate stories reported by Team Breitbart that expose the left and pick up steam are immediately targeted by Christopher. There's an unmistakable pattern at work here, where on behalf of the left, Christopher's job is to run interference, change the subject, change the narrative, deflect, parse, and create all the dishonest smoke he can. The pattern looks something like this: Facts be damned, full speed ahead -- and then when proven wrong, Christopher just kind of stands there with his pants around his ankles. 15 Feb 2012

This will be a series that revolves around Hannibal Lecter and FBI Agent Will Graham. But the question is, how will Lecter wear on audiences as the co-star of an hour-long weekly drama? The appeal of the character has a lot to do with how little we see him and how his unseen presence hangs over everything else. If memory serves, Anthony Hopkins was only on screen for about 16 minutes of "Silence of the Lambs," but he won Best Actor instead of Supporting because whether or not he was on screen, he was still there. 15 Feb 2012

Some good choices, especially "The Assassination of Jesse James," which I think is the best film of the aughts. Another gem is "American Psycho," which, I swear, is the autobiography of a guy I worked with for over a decade. Then there's "The Virgin Suicides" -- still Sofia Coppola's best film, "Che," which I admired a lot, and "Brick," which I really need to see again. 14 Feb 2012

For those of you unfamiliar with him, Politico's Dylan Byers is a left-wing operative disguising himself as a "media analyst." If you look at his incredibly biased work just since the start of the year, you'll find someone who has enjoyed an open relationship with Media Matters, then a secret one, and is now an important component in the Media Matters blacklisting crusade to silence conservatives.
