While in the swing county of Loudoun about 100 people waited in line to cast their ballots for governor among other elected offices, on the other hand a polling place in Arlington County in Clarendon opened up to a very short line of about 12 to 15 people and the wait in line as the polls opened was only three to five minutes long.
