Blind Man Who Survived Getting Hit by Subway Must Give Up Dog That Saved His Life

Cecil Williams who was saved by his dog earlier this week from an oncoming subway, will have to give up his dog.   Williams, who is blind, lost conscioussness and fell onto Manhattan train tracks into an oncoming train. Federal Judge Rules NSA Phone Snooping Probably Unconstitutional
