Out of touch

In response to Back in the Day, They Used to Call This a Credibility Gap:

To use a phrase that used to be popular with media analysts, a Republican president who almost comically overstated the level of public support for his policies would be described as “out of touch.”  Especially when a major poll came along that revealed only 19% support for his position on the issue that 70% of respondents said was their primary concern.  You’d be hearing a lot about that poll.  And the stories would be written in more general language: “But polls say the vast majority of Americans disagree with the President about our national priorities…”

Has anyone seen a single mainstream media piece that described Obama as “out of touch?”  Ever?
