Emperor Obama's N. Korean Problem

In response to North Korea Cuts Last Line of Communication with South Korea, US:

Unfortunately, this is a really dicey situation for the United States. But fear not, as I have confidence that Emperor Obama will surely bow to Kim Jung-whatever his name is, and offer to ease sanctions, which cool tempers over in Pingpong, N. Korea

N. Koreans, along with oter terrorist states and organizations around the world have lost respect for the U.S. since Obama has taken the throne, leaving many in the international community to wonder how the U.S. will address the N. Korean issue. Interesting to see how Obama and Kerry deal with this.
