Jay-Z DOESN'T Admit to Committing a Crime by Traveling to Cuba

In response to Jay-Z Admits to Committing a Crime by Traveling to Cuba :

I'm sure you've heard of the phrase "popping your collar". Well Jay-Z's line to that effect is "brush your shoulder off."  That's basically the message he is issuing to his detractors.  I'm rich, powerful, and beloved by a huge voting block.  What are you going to tell me?

And, like him or hate him, he's right.

The lyric where he states, "let me commit a real crime", he actually means A REAL CRIME.  T.I. with a pistol. C-Murder with murder. Lindsey Lohan with alcohol and car keys. It downplays the seriousness of the accusations against him.

Basically reinforcing the notion that "the right", "Republicans", or "Conservatives", however you frame it, will always look for an avenue to bring down someone of color.  Is it right?  No.  Is it the rules we play by? Most Definitely!
