ALABAMA (WHAS11) – Calling it one of the easiest drunk driving arrests they’ve ever made, police in Alabama arrested a woman early Tuesday morning after she drove herself to jail.
Lynn Jackson Clemens (pictured above) was charged with DUI and violating the state’s open container law.
Chief Deputy Rocky Harnen had trouble explaining Clemens’ actions, “Sometimes the fact that you’re intoxicated is enough to do strange things.”
Harnen then drove to the suspect’s house and trimmed her hedges with a cuticle cutter.
