Obama to Campaign With McAuliffe in Northern Virginia

President Barack Obama will campaign for Virginia Democratic gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe on Sunday in Northern Virginia--two days before Commonwealth voters go to the polls. The timing and the overwhelming Democratic location of the event is more than likely indicative of the fact that President Obama's job approval numbers in Virgnia are down, according to a Quinnipiac poll.

Former President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and first lady Michelle Obama have already campaigned for McAuliffe, who is currently polling ahead of Republican gubernatorial nominee Ken Cuccinelli in most polls.
