Man Kills Mistress Because She Was HIV Positive

So this guy in Dallas kills his mistress because
she told him she had HIV, but not until after he visited her for one last
session of unprotected sex.
Larry Dunn, the suspected murderer, stabbed the victim in the neck, presumably
after they finished having sex, as she laid in bed.

“She killed me, so I killed her,” The
Dallas Morning News reported.

Dunn assumed that because his girlfriend had
HIV, that he automatically contracted it. According to authorities, Dunn has
not tested positive for HIV, yet.
